What time is check in / check out?

Check in is officially 15.00, but we’ll message you on the day if we can get you in earlier, which is usually the case! Check out is 10 am on the day of departure.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are very welcome, and the lodge gardens are designed to allow dogs to be left off the lead. There are great walks from the doorstep to keep your furry friends happy!

What’s provided in the kitchen?

Basics including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, all crockery and cutlery, and a full kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Do you have cots for infants?

We can provide one travel cot for each lodge.

Is the hot tub available all year round?

YES! We also provide freshly laundered towels and dressing gowns for our guests.

Is there broadband?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all the lodges.

What are the entertainment options?

Each lodge has either Sky or Freeview, and we’re looking to have the full Sky package in every lodge later in the year. There are also numerous books and DVDs for your pleasure.

Can we get food delivered?

YES! The Market town of Leek is a five minute drive away, and many of the restaurants will deliver to your door. Sainsburys is on the way to Leek, and they will also deliver. Other supermarkets in Leek are Aldi, Asda, Morrisons and Lidl. If you’re staying at the Woodland Retreat Lodge, there’s a great gastro pub 15 mins walk away, and the market town of Congleton is a short drive away, and is full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
